This is the EG leadership staff. This group started out growing together in the weekly women's meetings at Christian Character Ministries in Boerne, Texas. Most have been in ministry for several years working with kids and families in different positions. Two years ago, this group of women decided to make a commitment to women's ministry and started Take Flight Ministries. These women have been sharing and speaking and ministering to other women through weekly meetings, special events, and Girlfriend Getaways (women's weekend retreats). Each member of this leadership staff is experienced, sincere, and takes the responsibility very seriously. Each brings a different strength and background to add to the areas that EG will address. This staff is excited and looking forward to our first EquipGirl week and meeting the girls. We are here to support you and believe that we can make a difference in your daughters life!
