EG has something great for the "girlie girl and tomboy" side of every girl!
We are installing a huge, wavy slope slide. It will be a blast down the side of a hill! Watch for pictures coming soon!
A popular event at EquipGirl is Chick Combat which will include training throughout the week in areas such as survival skills, CPR, campout cooking, teamwork, and so much more. On the official Chick Combat day, teams will be on a mission and will need to work together throughout the day to complete it to win. This will include preparing their own meals and using many of the skills learned throughout the week. EG has a team of professional police, firefighters and medical staff as well as EG leadership staff to train and supervise this event.
The EG Fashion Show is a top secret event! Girls will be working together with professionals to produce a real fashion show! From the clothes to the music to learning to walk a runway, this event will be fabulous! Girls will learn how to put together flattering styles for specific body types and will learn tricks and techniques to looking their best and carrying themselves with confidence. Our finishing staff has so many different areas to cover with the girls from makeup and skin care to manners and posture.
More importantly than the outward appearance, character skills will be emphasized and taught throughout the week. Our leadership staff will give the girls tools necessary to making good decisions and preparing for a successful future. We will target areas that girls today struggle with and help them think through the issues carefully. We will also show how important our thoughts are and how they affect who we become. EG will cover other issues like how to have authentic, unregrettable fun in life to how to interact appropriately with boys and so many other issues.
EG has a professional medical staff coming to teach important health issues. They will cover a wide range of age appropriate topics.
Do you like to sing? Would you like to be a superstar? You'll have your chance at the Karaoke Event during the week. Choose from a wide range of music and put together a performance- solo or with a "band" or "back up singers." This event is a blast- funny and fun! We even have professional singers on staff to support you and give some vocal training!
Other fun at EquipGirl ranges from an Obstacle Course, Swimming, Crafts, Cooking and so many more great surprises!
